Moroccan Stew

A long time ago, my friend Steph found us this recipe for Moroccan Stew with quinoa. It's a really tasty and hearty meal with ingredients anyone could find in a local grocery store (our local Rainbow Foods stores have quinoa in the bulk section) and it's surprisingly easy to make.
